Regina man files lawsuit after being trapped inside a blazing tanning bed

Jason Viles had to break his way out of a locked tanning bed after it caught on fire in January. He filed a lawsuit Monday against Millennium Tanning Salon. A lawsuit filed at Regina Court of Queen’s Bench on Monday alleges Millennium Tanning Salon was negligent in a variety of ways at the time of the January blaze, during which Jason Viles was forced to break his way out of a locked tanning bed after it caught fire.… continue reading
