Amen to reporter Nathan Sheets, Dr. Burt and Ms. Puckett for pointing out some of the goofiness that passes for nutritioninformation in America. It is doubtless worth preaching that kids (and adults) who get even one or two fruits/veggies a day likely have most of their vitamin needs met and the body will convert their vitamin pills — be they plain or fancy — into “expensive urine.”… continue reading

A new study reports that sunlight or UV light from lab sources reduces autoimmune damage to myelin nerve sheaths.
