Vitamin D Awareness Month – First in the world

I’m writing to you about an article the ran in Elle Magazine, March issue, on page 190 and the comments made by Dr Jason Rivers with regards to tanning equipment. Dr Rivers comment: You can’t compare the two because tanning beds emit mostly UVA which penetrate the skin deeper – whereas the sun emits a combination of UVA and UVB rays Dr Rivers is right about one thing you can’t compare tanning indoors to outside because tanning indoors is a more controlled environment.… continue reading
