Niagara is moving from grey-lockdown and into the red-control category of the province’s colour-coded restrictions system on Monday Mar 1st.

Saskatchewan SGI TO ISSUE REBATES TO CUSTOMERS; AVERAGE PAYMENT OF $285 PER VEHICLE

The provincial government has approved the one-time rebate of $285 million. The amount each customer receives will vary, and it will be calculated based on a proportion of vehicle premiums paid in the previous three years. Details are still being finalized, but it’s expected the average rebate will work out to approximately $285 per vehicle or approximately 26 per cent of an average annual premium in Saskatchewan.

Sun exposure reduces risk for pediatric-onset MS

the researchers found that spending 30 minutes to 1 hour in the sunlight each day during the summer was associated with a 2.6-fold reduced risk for MS (OR = 0.39; 95% CI, 0.17-0.86), compared with spending less than 30 minutes outside. Spending 1 to 2 hours in the sun each day — as opposed to only 30 minutes — was associated with a 7.4-fold reduced risk for MS (OR = 0.13; 95% CI, 0.06-0.31).
